• Wage Increases Updates include higher wages across the spectrum for home construction and remodeling professionals. According to the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics, market wages in have increased by 0.1%.
• Material Increases Updates include higher material prices for roofing, framing lumber and coatings. Increases range from 0.1% to 0.2%.
• Work Descriptions Work descriptions have been updated for a number of calculators, reducing ambiguity and helping keep a smaller, accurate price range.
