The cost estimating calculators at homewyse.com now reflect the following changes:

• Labor Rate Increases Updates include higher wages. Annualized increases range from 1.1% to 2.3%, reflecting significant overhead expenses and growing demand.
• Material Increases Updates include higher material unit prices for most home remodeling and construction materials, ranging from 3.2% to 5+%. Lumber and sheet goods pricing remain elevated at retail level.
