• Labor Rate Increases Updates include higher wages. Annualized increases range from 1.6% to 2.9%, reflecting significant overhead expenses and growing demand.
• Material Increases Updates include higher material unit prices for most home remodeling and construction materials, ranging from 3% to 40+%. Lumber and sheet goods lead the increasing prices.
