The Homewyse site has been upgraded with faster, most efficient site searching, display refinements for smartphone users and updated glossary. Cost factors have been updated to reflect modest rises in most goods and service labor.
Labor Rate and Material Cost Updates
The cost estimating calculators at homewyse.com now reflect the following changes:
- Labor Rate Increases Updates include higher wages. Annualized increases range from 1.3% to 2.4%.
- Material Increases Updates include higher material unit prices for most home remodeling and construction materials, ranging from 1.5% to 3%.
