polyethylene vapor barrier
A polyethylene vapor barrier is a plastic sheet attached to the warm side of an exterior facing wall to block the transmission of water vapor to the cool side of the wall. When properly installed, a polyethylene vapor barrier will prevent in wall moisture and mold problems.
